BBB grade, accreditation, and reviews are separate
The letter grade reflects BBB’s assessment using factors that include complaint handling and information about the business. Customer star reviews do not determine that grade. Accreditation is a separate status involving BBB standards.
Not Rated means BBB has not assigned a grade. It is not the same as an F. A company may also have an A+ grade without being accredited, as United Settlement does in this snapshot.

Read complaints in context
Look at the issue raised, the business’s response, and the recorded outcome. “Answered” is not necessarily the same as a customer confirming satisfaction. A complaint is a report, not a judicial finding. Raw counts cannot show a complaint rate without knowing the number of clients served.
Verify the exact company
Match the legal name, location, and website. MCA Debt Advisors and Corporate Debt Advisors are different businesses. MCA Resolve’s historical web address redirected when checked; its BBB record should not automatically be assigned to a differently named entity.
